Christina brings more than 25 years of Human Resources expertise in the automotive, engineering, packaging and transportation fields to Westport Intl EVP.

She has specialized in building businesses, which includes everything from start-up companies, turn-arounds, and growth opportunities. She has extensive experience leading organizational transformations through attracting and developing the best talent and aiding in creating a culture of engagement.

Christina graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and also completed her Masters of Human Resources Development from Clemson University.  Christina was fortunate enough to work at BMW Manufacturing for 15 years when it grew from 500 employees to more than 7,000. She quickly progressed through the company’s management structure and during her tenure managed Recruiting, Employee Relations, HR Operations, International HR, HRIS and Continuous Improvement.  Missing the start-up world, she joined a new venture company, Proterra, where they build all-electric city buses. Under Christina’s leadership, Proterra grew from 20 employees to 200 where she built the entire HR infrastructure from the ground up.  Her next opportunity came with Day & Zimmermann where she supported the Engineering, Construction and Maintenance division.  Once again bitten by the growth bug, she joined as the Corporate HR Director for a third-party packaging company in Greenville named Multi-Pack Solutions. She was responsible for locations in Greenville, Chicago and Milwaukee.

Christina enjoys helping companies become stronger by supporting their HR needs so they can focus on their core business. She will bring expertise and experience to your company to deal with your HR objectives and build a strategic plan to meet your company’s bottom line goals.

Dennis Dunlavey is currently the President and owner of PinPoint Solutions, Westport Intl and Westport Intl EVP.  

After graduating in 1988 with a degree in business logistics from John Carroll University, Dennis started his career as a contingent recruiter.  In 1995, while working for Aim Executive Corporation, Dennis was tasked with opening a new recruiting and search office located in Greenville, SC.  After several years of generating superior results by creating and executing nontraditional recruiting platforms and strategies for clients, Dennis was offered the role of Director of Talent Acquisition for the automotive division of Eaton Corporation located in Cleveland, OH.

At Eaton, Dennis developed and executed new strategies, programs and processes that were highly successful and delivered tremendous gains in cost per hire, diversity, etc.  In recognition of his success, his role was expanded to be Director of Talent Acquisition for the entire organization, globally.  He was also awarded the prestigious Gamechanger award by the CEO of the organization.

Ready for his next entrepreneurial challenge, in 2005 Dennis left Eaton, moved back to Greenville and started Westport Intl, an executive retained search organization.  As a result of his success and client demand, he opened PinPoint Solutions in 2007 to focus on mid-level professional and management contingency recruiting.  Over the years, both businesses continued to grow and in 2016, Dennis decided to strategically expand offerings again but this time with a focus on EVP.  His vision to build a talent services organization started with the purchase of Scarlett Surveys, one of the oldest and most established employee engagement survey providers.

His vision resulted in the creation of Westport Intl EVP which provides multi-dimensional EVP consulting including talent acquisition, employment branding, employee engagement, onboarding, etc.

Renée Hahn

Renee brings 20+ years of diverse business leadership experience with a strong focus on Human Resources. After receiving her MBA and starting her career in the automotive industry working for Johnson Controls, she was selected for GE’s prestigious leadership development program. She remained at GE for 15 years working in leadership roles across most of the GE businesses including GE Aviation, GE Transportation, GE Intelligent Platforms, GE Capital and GE Energy. During her tenure she not only led the entire HR function at a business level, she also gained deep knowledge performing functional leadership roles within the department including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Executive Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. She had the distinct honor of being part of a small, select team of leaders that were responsible for the Officer Assessments performed on behalf GE’s CEO. Renee has led teams of more than 100 HR professional across the globe and served as Principal of her own consulting firm before relocating to Naples, FL. These experiences have provided Renee with the business breadth and the functional depth to partner with business leaders to solve many business challenges and achieve success.

Audie Penn

Audie Penn is a seasoned operations executive.  He has been consulting organizations for the last six years after spending 30 years in leadership roles with multiple organizations, including fortune 50 companies.  He has an MBA from St. Ambrose University with a focus on Operations Management, has held multiple leadership roles and is a corporate performance coach. He has participated across many manufacturing functions from engineering to production control to facility management with responsibilities around the world.  Audie received his Lean Certifications from the Lean Alliance. He is Bronze, Silver, and Gold Certified and currently is a lean transformation consultant, executive coach, and speaker.

Bernie Urbina

Bernie Urbina recently moved to Cleveland from Connecticut. He has passion for people and business and has turned this gift into a life time adventure. He believes in valuing people and the bottom line to create positive outcomes. He enjoys creating, influencing and changing business environments to build core value and drive profits. Bernie also enjoys giving back to his community through volunteer work, loves sailing and outside activities.  Bernie has a BS degree in Business, Human Resources, and Organizational Development. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and has personally led the HR functions for a 1 billion dollar division of a 6 billion dollar global business as well as start up organizations.

Durley Puerta

Durley Puerta has been working with Scarlett Surveys since 2001 working her way up the organization to the position of Managing Director and Senior Consultant. Durley has worked with hundreds of organizations ensuring their survey process is high quality and seamless from start to finish. Durley’s academic background in Marketing Research from USC and as an expert trainer with a multi‐national organization gives her a well‐rounded perspective on employee attitudes, behaviors, and drivers. Durley has extensive multi‐country survey experience in all phases of employee survey research. Durley is fluent in Spanish.
